PCB redesign. djt-e has done all optimizations and modifications djt-e could until the present moment. The current prototype (last picture) needs more hardware and firmware tests, maybe some further modifications in the project of the PCB, then can produce a batch of 100pcs for extensive tests and pre-compliance/EMC tests.
If this project reaches expectations and goals, for me it will be like a small dream come true.
Blind vias: (vias that begin in an external layer and end on an inner layer) - L1 to L2 - L1 to L4 - L8 to L4
The light green circles surround signal vias that when they make the transition of the routing layer they change the ground reference plane. For all signal vias in which occurs this, there is a GND stitching via very close, to shorten the path of the return currents of the signals. [ Google: The return path of current is nothing but the path it follows while returning back to the source/driver ]
The main module is an ESP32-S3, Wifi+BLE, 8MB flash.
EDIT: Still needs modifications, I always had the impression that is good to also analyze a layout through pictures or CAM editors.
